ReplyDeleteHow fun!!! I love that you used your Cricut to cut your birds. Great job!
ReplyDeleteWhat a great use of your Cricut. You are very creative. I have a Accuquilt and don't have a birdie. That's a great idea for some of the die I do have, though. I have a friend who has an Accuquilt, too and we tend to buy different die so we can borrow each others die. Your birdies on the clothes line (wire) are adorable. It reminds me of growing up and having a clothes line. Of course, when my mother-in-law build a new house, she put a clothes line up in the back yard. It wasn't very big, yet she HAD to have one. I wonder if it is still there. Thanks for the memory. Also, thank you participating in the blog hop and the great inspiration of the great quilt. I hope to see you in more hops very soon.
ReplyDeleteI love to see quilts on the line :)

ReplyDeleteThis is so very cute!!! What cartridge did you use for the Cricut??? I would love to know...sometimes it is so hard to hunt through what I have vs. the new cartridges...hehehe...so I hope you don't mind me asking!! I love the way this looks--thinking I may have to make one, too!!!
ReplyDeleteThanks!!
Hi Michelle...the cartridge is called "Cheerful Seasons" sold through Creative Memories :)
DeleteYAY!! Thank you....I actually have that one....love it....I suspected that maybe that was what you used, but I soooo appreciate knowing for sure!!
DeleteYour quilt makes me smile - how adorable. Of course, the birdies perch on the line after you get the quilts out for a good airing!!
ReplyDeleteI love this little wall hanging. I've never tried using my cricut for fabric. Do you have special instructions for doing this?
ReplyDeleteThere are a lot of tutorials online on how to use your cricut with fabric. But I used a lightweight fusible webbing before placing on the cutting mat and then turn up the dial on the depth. Hope this helps :)
DeleteOh yes I love the mini quilts they are sitting on, to precious.
ReplyDeleteLove the quilt, so cute! Thank you for sharing!
ReplyDeleteSo very creative. Love it.
